Hongbo Te is established in 2008 and located in Baotou Rare Earth High-tech Industrial Development Zone with the registered capital of RMB31.57 million. With a team of more than 80 employees and 10 experts, Hongbo Te is an integrated high-new tech enterprise focusing on innovation, R& D, production and sales of high performance environmental-friendly rare earth sulfide series products. The group owns an Inner Mongolia RE Sulfide R& D Center and a wholly-owned subsidiary Inner Mongolia Colors Rare Earth Environmental-friendly Pigment Corporation and a corresponding quality control center.

At present, Hongbo Te is building primary rare earth industrial chain from Kyrgyzstan rare earth mining, ore dressing to separation and extraction to produce high quality rare earth individual products in Kazakhstan. Hongbo Te has purchased Baotou Solvay polishing powder material, which well matches Hongbo Te′s demand for down-stream business. Meanwhile, Hongbo Te is preparing to build up rare earth application products including rare earth magnetic powder, magnets, motors and electric tools to realize Hongbo Te′s development strategy in 2021.

2. Wholly-owned Subsidary(Production Base)

Inner Mongolia Color Rare Earth Environmental-friendly Pigment

Inner Mongolia Color Rare Earth Environmental-friendly Pigment Co., Ltd. (Color in short), a wholly owned subsidiary of Hongbo Te Group, and also one of the Group′s rare earth pigments production base, is founded in October 2017 with registered capital of RMB16 million and settled in "Inner Mongolia Rare Earth New Materials Industrial Park"in Jiuyuan District of Baotou.

Hongbo Te Group successfully acquired rare earth sulfide business from Solvay Group in December, 2016, becoming the only commercial suppler of rare earth sulfide inorganic pigments in the world and our major production base of the rare earth sulfide pigments is re-constructed in Color with an annual capacity of 150 tons.

Now Hongbo Te Group owns the intellectual property rights for two independent processes to commercially produce rare earth sulfide pigments with two brand names: One is Neolor that has 4 products, I. E. Neolor Red (PR265), Neolor Burgundy (PR275), Neolor Orange (PO75) and Neolor Light Orange (PO78); And the other is greenTop that has 4 products, I. E. GreenTop Red (PR-002), greenTop Orange (PR-001), greenTop Burgundy (PR-003) and greenTop Light Orange (PO-002).
